Joint four Passport Size Photograph – Bride & Groom.
Residential Proof of Bride & Groom.
Date of Birth Proof of Bride & Groom.
If any party is widower/ widow Death Certificate of the Dead Spouse.
If any party could be a Foreign national or holding a valid Passport or has foreign residential address- Certificate of present legal status of the party/ No Impediment Certificate.
Two Witnesses with address and pic ID Proof.
In case of previous divorce, divorce decree is required.
Marriage Certificate from Recognised Institute i.e. Mandir, Gurdwara .
